I will listen to my body. I will exercise, eat right and get some good sleep.
I can be excited about everything.
I can find fun things to do all by myself.
I can learn to cooperate and still stand up for myself.
I can begin to make a new friend today.
I can find someone to talk to about things that are happening with my body.
I can find the love I need.
I can keep our home, our neighborhood and our world clean and beautiful.
I can say what I believe.
I will accept some things as they are.
I can do some things very well.
I am responsible for my own feelings.
I can learn some rules.
Doing my best is important.
It is OK to change the way I think.
